1. No Refund Policy
All sales on Echo SMP are final. We do not offer refunds, chargebacks, or payment reversals for any reason. By making a purchase on our store, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Missing Item Replacement
If you have purchased a Crate Key but did not receive it in-game, you may request a replacement under the following conditions: You must provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., a Tebex receipt). You must show evidence that the key was not delivered (e.g., screenshots of your in-game inventory). All claims must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase. If your claim is verified, we will issue a replacement Crate Key of the same type as originally purchased.
3. Fraud Prevention
Any attempt to misuse this policy, provide false evidence, or file a fraudulent claim will result in a permanent ban from Echo SMP. Chargebacks or payment disputes will also result in a ban from our server and possible legal action.
